The show

No slides. No demo account. No "imagine this were real". I open my terminal and run my actual company in front of you: coding camps for kids, refurbished laptops out of Krakow, invoices, Norwegian tax filings, ad campaigns spending real money.

This is not a tutorial. Things break on camera and you watch me fix them. And every night ends the same way: a URL that did not exist 45 minutes earlier.

Your host
