I categorize the world into two distinct groups: paying markets and non-paying markets.

The majority of people fall into the non-paying group, where many struggle to afford even a $5 product. In contrast, within the paying group, there are individuals who will eagerly spend $500 without hesitation. It's important to note that the non-paying group is easily 1,000 times larger than the paying group.

However, you need both groups to succeed. To engage the non-paying audience, you should create free content that they can consume. This allows you to earn their time and attention, which helps grow your following.

Once your following reaches a significant size, you gain the credibility needed to attract the smaller paying group, enabling you to charge premium prices consistently. By balancing your offerings for both markets, you can build a sustainable and profitable business.
